Pilates Myofascial Release Workshop 1.5 hours

fasciae In our workshop will work on ‘Myofascial release’ and we will be using a set of gentle techniques, equipment and exercises that aim to stretch and smooth out our fascia so your body works at its optimum level. This helps reduce inflexibility and pain by relaxing contracted muscles, improves blood and lymphatic circulation and stimulates the stretch reflex in our muscles. Come and join us to release, relax and unwind the tension in your body.
