This page is for the Pilates Beginners Online Class. 
 
6 pilates workout videos suitable for beginners, improvers or anyone who wants to get back to into Pilates. The videos are 45 minutes long and available for 6 weeks.

You can watch these Pilates classes as many times as you like within your subscription and all are available to you ( password will remain the same). Please note the video cannot be downloaded or shared – you must view it on this website page. The video can be accessed by pressing the play button on the image.

Pilates was first developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th Century, Attending regular classes promises improved strength, balance, and flexibility. Studies have also shown a reduction in lower back pain. No matter who we are or what shape we are in, we feel how Pilates enhances the everyday activities of our lives – whether it’s just our normal daily activity or running a marathon.

Attending regular classes or private sessions promises to improve flexibility, builds strength and develops control, balance and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, improving coordination and balance.
